Please keep my mum in your prayers. I've been staying with her and caring for her since she had a fall on 17th July. She was in so much pain and then spent three weeks in respite care to recover. However she was then rushed to emergency (while in Respite) and after returning home was rushed to emergency once again. We have since flown to another specialised hospital in Brisbane for more tests with kidney specialist, as mum is in the final stages of renal kidney failure.

There is a church in the hospital grounds which is Catholic at one end.... with the Eucharistic presence and statues, and Anglican at the other end. There are no Masses or services.... Unity in prayer. I've been spending a lot of time there with Jesus which fills me with peace.

Another hectic day tomorrow when we fly back home. Please pray the Lord give me strength.

    Thank you and God bless.

Dear Karnala, I'm sorry to hear about this. May the Lord give you strength through His Mother, Our Lady of all Graces. And may God Bless your mom, surround her with many angels and bring her much peace in her final agony.

I'll entrust you, your mom & loved ones in my rosary intentions this evening.

Thanks for your prayers. I'm the only one in the family who has faith, and my sister even confronted me when I talk about praying. This makes it more difficult and stressful for me, as well as caring for mum. Mum would like to be at home as long as possible, and my brothers would have her in a nursing home by now. My children are the only ones praying and are not all here as support for me.

Thanks so much for your prayers. I've prayed the Chaplet many times during all the emergencies. Having a fall has changed mum..... I've heard other elderly describing it as 'having the wind taken out of them' and she is now becoming shakey and can't stand for long. It gives me great comfort knowing prayers are also being said in Heaven. We're going to doctor tomorrow to get results of the last blood tests taken in Brisbane - kidney function, etc. Jesus I trust in You :)
